Since, it was computer controlled, with no internet connection, though that possibility was built into the unit, all a person had to do was to stand in place, put on the helmet and let the unit move the strap in place while the person moved their arms up on to the rests. It involved the use of a specialized bed that would put a person under for an hour or up to four hours, the limit of the advisability of this procedure.
